He was a steady force who faithfully ensured Waikele is a place where students do not just learn, but thrive. With leadership rooted in a genuine commitment to every student, family, and staff member, Principal Oshio lived our "Take Cares" every day and showed us the importance of taking care of ourselves, each other, and this place. He fostered innovation and built internal capacity, leaving a lasting impact.
